Cancellation Policy
Out of respect to myself & clients waiting to get appointments, No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service & will be banned from booking in the future.
No changes are to be made after an appointment is scheduled.
Please contact me for after hours or Sunday appointments.
Deposits
$40 non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required for every appointment which does go towards your service cost. Appointments will not be confirmed until deposit is received even if your appointment request is accepted. Deposits can be sent via Apple Pay or Zelle (253)604-9945 please include the same name used while booking when sending deposit. Remaining balance must be paid in cash or Zelle or a $10 fee will be applied no exceptions.
Running late ?
ALL clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes late you will be charged a $25 late fee. Clients 20 mins or more late will not be seen and will be charged 35% of your service.
How to prep for your appointment ?
Please come to your appointment properly washed, detangled, & preferably blow dried. This means no oils or products in your hair or on your scalp. If you are un able to blow dry your hair I can provide a blow out for an added $20. There are no exceptions if you can not come properly blow dried I will have to provide one.
I charge $50 extra on top of the service fee for same day/ last minute or squeeze in appointments & an extra $100 on top of the service fee for any appointments that land on a holiday / holiday eve.
